Bondaweb, by Vilene, is a strong, heat reactive, sheet of glue which permanently bonds one fabric to another when ironed.
A design can be drawn on the paper backing, cut out and pressed with a hot iron fusing it to a fabric, paper wood, cardboard felt etc. Another fabric can then be placed on top when the paper backing is removed to permanently bond the two together.
