For a limited time, our new Geo Scarf Knitting Pattern is free to download. Designed for beginners, the scraf can be made in any yarn weight.
The sample scarf is made in Holst Garn Shade Bag 04 and is a blend of wool and silk.
Tides is a 2-ply yarn, mixed by 55% Lambs Wool and 45% Cotton.
Coast yarn is available in 5 × 10g colour match packs. Ideal for making scarves, gloves and other small 50g projects.
Approximately 350 meters/383 yards
Knit with one thread at needles 2.5-3 mm/US 2-3 (Approx. 26 stitches = 10 cm/4 inches).
Knit with two threads at needles 4-4.5mm/US 6-7 (Approx. 21 stitches = 10 cm/4 inches).
You can use a washing machine - on a cold delicate wool programme
Note: Holst Garn Coast contains a bit of spinning oil and excess dye. The oil and excess dye will disappear at the first wash - and the yarn will bloom and become extremely soft.
